Punch Needle Class, Lynn DeCristofaro, Tuesday April 27, 7:00 - 9:00pm
Class $25.00
So you bought that punch needle kit and thought it would be easy. Well it is with a little help getting started. Lynn
has a lot of fun teaching this class and you will leave with this technique down.


Easy Wonder Block, Mary Nathanson, Saturday May 22, 10:00 - 4:00
Class $45.00
This is a great quilt if you are newer to quilting or need a gift quickly for someone perhaps graduating this Spring.
The sample will be coming in soon.

Class: $100.00 for four sessions
We will teach you all the basics starting with picking fabric for your quilt, using a rotary cutter and ruler, then strip
piecing, and adding  borders. Oh but you are not done yet, we teach sandwiching your quilt and hand and machine
quilting. Then you also learn how to make and put on your binding.  At the end of this class you will have the
confidence to move on to your next quilt project.

Mary has wonderful success with this technique. By the end of this class you can leave with this project quilted
and only needing the binding to be completed. Come see her beautiful samples hanging in the front of the shop.


Embroidery Club, Mondays, Feb. 8, Mar. 8, Apr. 12,

Fee: $5.00/month
Come join a great group of women the second Mondays of each month from 7:00-9:00 pm (NOTE: time change).
You can work on your own embroidery project or join in the first group chosen project of beautiful teacups.

I know you have seen the Dear Jane quilts and marveled at the petite blocks and the incredible amount of variety
in their patterns. Carol will be teaching a couple of blocks during each class while imparting her knowledge about
Jane and her life. This is a great way to learn to work these small and somewhat intimidating blocks.


Mystery Quilt Night , Mar. 24, 6:00 - 10:00

Who doesn't love a good mystery? Start off by staking out our three fantastic fabric ways to choose from. Prior to
class receive secret cutting directions along with your choice of fabric, ah but to solve the mystery you’ll have to
join your fellow quilt detectives that night. Come out for a fun night where all will be revealed.

Appliqué knowledge & book required
We have all drooled over Baltimore Album quilts at shows. Here’s your chance to create your own. This class
meets once a month on Saturday mornings giving us plenty of time between to complete these lovely blocks. We
have split this 12 block quilt into 3 sessions, so if you want to complete only a small wall hanging instead of the
whole quilt that is possible, or if you go away for part of the year you can rejoin in the next session. Carol not only
teaches the quilt blocks but brings in the history behind these quilts too. She teaches a great class. Sample
blocks are in the shop.

This class is not only for the Baltimore album quilt fans, you can join in and make an incredible block that would
make a great wall hanging on it's own. Carol is going to teach every three dimensional flower she knows in this
class. Bring a lunch with you.


Chenille Quilt, Mary Nathanson, March 14, 1

Everyone remembers chenille and it's cozy feel. Good luck finding it though. Mary teaches the chenille technique
creating a wonderful warm quilt just in time for those chilly nights ahead of us.


Pretzel Twist, Maria Sendzik,

Here is another quilt top that you can finish in a day. Fans of that other "snack" quilt will love this class. Maria has
developed this pattern herself. She has a sample here done in oriental fabrics but it can showcase any style
fabric you like.


Stack N Whack, Maria Sendzik, Sunday April 11, 10:00 - 4:00
Class: $45.00, pattern required
Maria is definitely an expert Stack N Whacker. She is also an expert at teaching this technique. She helps you cut
so that the pieces go together correctly. You will leave knowing all the tricks to these quilts. The sample will be in
the shop soon.


Liberty Garden, Carol Grant, Thursdays Jan. 7, 28, Feb. 18, Mar. 11, Apr. 8, 29, 7:00 - 9:00pm

Appliqué experience needed
This is a beautiful Appliqué wall hanging, and it can be ready for Memorial day, although it is also great as a year
round decoration.


Swapping with Carol, Thursdays Jan 14, Feb. 25, Mar. 18, 7:00 - 9:00pm
Class: $35.00
This doesn't mean swapping stories with Carol although we know she has entertained us with a few, this is a great
quilt top class that will incorporate exchanging blocks with other classmates. The first meeting will start us off
with checking our seam allowances for consistent block sizes and learning our swapping blocks. The second
class we will swap, start piecing together and go over the border pattern. When this top is done the blocks look
like they are set on point. This is going to be a lot of fun, I know I'm joining in.


Night & Noon (Paper Piecing), Pat Farace, Tuesday Mar. 9, 10:00 - 1:00
Class: $25.00
Pat is a fantastic paper piecer and teacher. Her technique is free enough that you don't tense up while trying to
make sure you have enough fabric to add on in the correct space. We have two samples in the classroom, one in
traditional Moda fabric the other in 30's fabric. I can't decide which I like best, they are both beautiful.


Crazy Quilting, Betty Lou Cassidy, Saturdays Mar. 13, 20, 10:00 - 1:00
Class: $45.00
Betty Lou is a crazy quilter extraordinaire and lots of fun too. This is a great technique that involves piecing,
embroidery, and even a little appliqué.


Texture Magic Purse, Donna Cummins, Saturday Apr. 10,

Class: $30.00
Texture Magic is a very cool product that is easy to work with and add dimension to any project. Donna has used it
to it's full advantage in this great purse. You can see it hanging in our classroom. This will be a fun class.


Hand Piecing With Carol, Carol Grant, Wednesdays May 5, 12, 19, 26, 7:00 - 9:00pm
Class $45.00
Carol is a hand piecing maven. She shows you lots of tricks that can be applied to all your piecing and quilting.
Any style of fabric can be used in this wall hanging or table topper. A new sample for this class is coming soon. If
you have taken this class and would like to take it again, jump on in, the finished piece is made from all different
blocks from the first round of hand piecing.


Flower Pot, Pat Farace, Sunday May 23, 11:00 - 3:00
Class $35.00
The Flower Pot Quilt is an excellent quilt for beginner quilters. Pat is a very skilled teacher and guarantees
success with this quilt top. Stop in to see her fun sample in our classroom.


Autumn Braid, Mary Nathanson, Saturdays June 5, 19, 10:00 - 2:00,
Class $45.00
Mary has done it again. She has brought me a gorgeous quilt top to entice you into this class. If you have put off
doing a French Braid pattern because you were intimidated this class is for you. Mary is an expert with this
technique so you will have no problem learning and ending with your own gorgeous top.


Double twist, Pat Farace, Wednesdays June 9, 16, 7:00 - 9:00pm
Class $45.00
Intermediate level
If you like a bit of a challenge join this class. This pattern  twists and weaves. It is very cool to look at. The inner
border is really great on it's own to use over again in other quilts. Pat has several cutting tips as well to help you
move faster through all your patterns.


Garden Trellis, Vickie Lombardo, Saturday July 17, 10:00 - 4:00
Class $45.00
This is a beautiful quilt pattern and Vickie has two outstanding samples showing for this class. They demonstrate
that you can really use your favorite fabrics and colors with fantastic results. This will be a great class.


Stiletto Doll Class, Bunny Goode, Saturdays July 10, 24, 10:00 - 4:00,

Bunny's dolls are beautiful and full of character. Stiletto is no exception, a classy vamp that is just stunning.
Everyone who joins Bunny in class learns everything they need to know about creating a doll. Everyone leaves
with a fantastic face too. All while having a lot of fun.
